Data deletion

You may request deletion of data concerning you or your company from the Saia service. Updated 12 August 2026.

How to request deletion

Send a deletion request to hello@saia.fi, or terminate your service agreement. State in your request what data the deletion concerns.

What is deleted

We delete all related personal and communication data: messages, call recordings and transcripts, and Meta integration technical identifiers (such as WABA and Page IDs and access tokens).

Timeline

We delete the data within 30 days of receiving the request.
